The Metropolitan @ State College is an off-campus, mixed-use student and professional luxury housing development located adjacent to Penn State University. The project includes a 12-story tower with 118 units, 10,000 sq. ft. of retail space, 17,000 sq. ft. of Class A office space, and luxury amenities.
