Project Description

The Spelman College Fitness and Wellness Center is a new facility that includes Audio Visual and Security Systems for a natatorium, classroom, conference room, gymnasium, several multipurpose classroom/ exercise rooms, and an extensive background music and paging system. The key challenge was equipping this extensive number of spaces without a large budget being available. The solution was detailed planning and budget review with the owner to carefully match costs and requirements. The gymnasium system was designed as a limited functionality system and components of other room systems were identified as optional or future items.
