Project Description

This project involved the design of security, telecom, and audio visual systems for the new corporate offices of Atrial Senior Living, Inc. The Atria Support Center at Nucleus Park (Louisville, KY) required the build-out of their new multi-story corporate office headquarters. Required spaces included training rooms, dividing conference rooms, webinar and multimedia studio rooms, and specialized executive office/conference rooms. The challenge of this project was to provide a collaboration-based work environment featuring wireless technology in a large quantity of spaces while still maintaining a reasonable budget. The solution involved detailed programming discussions and the preparation of multiple rounds of probable cost budgets. Technology was phased or adjusted until the budget goals were met.
